I want to thank Nichole for calling me on board to help out with the promo for the show which turned out amazing. And Funmi for giving me access to take photos at the show and send use them for the Howard University newspaper. Her whole entourage is full of very hardworking people and it showed throughout the show. Matt has some video footage that should be surfacing soon, you can view my set of images here.

We shot this somewhere in NYC on a nicely lit roof awhile ago. Head over to the Jackpot website by clicking here to check out the Spring/Summer ‘10 lookbook.

The first delivery of Commonwealth’s Spring ‘10 collection is available now at their VA & DC locations, as well as online. In addition to logo and graphic tees, this time around they are introducing new cut-n-sew pieces.

All together there are five solid flannels to choose from. Each shirt features double chest pockets with button closures and a C’MON flag detail.

I’ve never owned a pair of Wallabee’s but this picture makes me want to change that as soon as possible. My favorite shoe of comfort are Classic Vans but I smell a challenge with these Clarks. The picture below just screams, I’m hella comfy, are you?

Did King Magazine pull a Jay-Z I’m retiring but only for some time and coming back on us? I think so. They called it quits a couple months ago and then they pop up with this collectors issue due on December 24, which should I say looks serious too. Rosa Acosta, Bria Myles, Sasha Del Valle, Briana Loyd and the list keeps going.

Congratulations King Magazine, you got my money.

I learned about wheat pasting yesterday in my brick night in NY and did a little research about it. It looks like so much fun in this old video from ‘97 when Kaws broke out, how clever was this guy?

KAWS is one of the most celebrated street-influenced artists working today. He is best known for his cartoon-style characters and images, which he has evolved from paintings to toys and clothing. His first store, Original Fake, is at the Aoyama district of Tokyo.

I just landed my eye on some amazing new Mila Kunis photos for the Blackbook Magazine. The main reason I watch The 70s Show is because of Jackie and slightly also to see Eric suffer with decision making because he’s bad at it. Anyway, Mila if your reading this, I’d walk through fire just to stare in your eyes man! :)

You can view more pictures from the magazine here. And now I’m going to patiently wait to watch Black Swan in which Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman pop some extacy pills and well you can put the pieces together.

The Durkl Holiday 2009 lookbook looks good. You can see the full run of styles in the lookbook section of their site here, but here are a few of my favorite shots. The full line will be hitting accounts this week and in their online shop later this week as well.
